Wearing a Mask, Indeed a task!

Just one more form of stone you are - and yet so much for you??
Just one more form of bamboo's hand you are - and yet so much for you?
"Lucky" you are indeed, for the whole humanity is now after and all over you

Striving for you knowing fully well that you cant and wont come along
Missing everything in the bargain until they themselves turn into your basic form??
Funny are the ways here, funnier is this chase...

But wait, I see an ant as he chases for a piece of that sugar
Well, he does seem more joyful than most here who chase you all their life!!
Alas! Why would they not? for their life is much longer than that of an ant!

I just love it when you play hide and seek with me,
For there is only that much space for you in my heart,
To play a game with you and watch you trying to catchup tirelessly!!

But listen, I join this race for now, though merely an act!
I enjoy wearing this mask on too, like everything else I do
Yes, I am alive - full of love and energy to savour " Life" that's far beyond you and your silly pact!

Why hesitate to pretend for a while?
When I now have the control to shed the mask and you as and when I want!!
